2018 - January NEWS
Kevin Jenne will be live painting 9 am to 11 during the month of January at our POP UP GALLERY located in Westmount Square.
Drop by and visit, he loves to paint and chat! |
Born in Canada, Kevin Jenne was trained, encouraged and inspired at a young age by a variety of artistic mentors. Jenne’s earliest paintings where reminiscent of stained glass windows, a technique he calls “Intrinsic Illumination” which was followed by themes inspired by architectural motifs along with musicians. He paints in intense colours. Jenne favours deep contrasting hues against a shade of black to add vibrancy to the artwork, the luminescence seems to emanate from within the canvas. This style has continues through out his career.

The Capture Canada Photography Exhibition & Fundraiser Cocktail for Art Programs for people with Alzheimer's was a great success!
The Exhibition continues until May 31st and is a photographic walk-through of Canada, past and present with a special look into the future of some emerging photographers. As part of the Capture Canada Exhibition in Memphis, we invited the 2016 graduating photography class from The Memphis College of Art to hold their end of year exhibition in collaboration with our project. We could not have been more excited to meet such amazing students all with great futures. To see more photos of the exhibition and photos that are still available for sale... |
