A virtual walk through of Cutler Crane which includes the "Look Book"
and simply view the the large uploaded images.
For this Fall exhibition we have selected 3 talented Canadian artists who share a common theme of texture, layers and lighting. This is part of our online art exhibition and continues until December 24th.
The preview of this exhibition will kick off as part of our Palette 2 Palate Tasting series. Here we use the "Viewing Notes" to encouraging art enthusiasts to really think about how to DESCRIBE what they are viewing; imagine you are sharing one of these works of art with a friend who could not see it. It helps new viewers and collectors to discover what they like and like less while becoming familiar with new techniques and styles of art .
We have curate 3 artworks to pairs with 1 of the 3 wines that we are featuring in our Opening Night Vernissage which is a Virtual Art, Wine & food Tastings to kick off our new Palette 2 Palate Series Episode #1
SEEING AND DESCRIBING are 2 quite different things!
We tend to be much better at seeing ART, or in the case of WINE, tasting and smelling, than we are at describing it. So below we have included some prompters to help tease what might be descriptors that encourage more create thought.
